The phantasms that visit my sleeping hours with stories are not always frightening, and are often intense. They almost always make a good story.

Some will visit me in the waking hours, brought on by winter, or light, or a piece of reality that brings back the smell of a dream. Some dreams are so vivid that, when recalled, I sometimes do not know whether I am experiencing a memory, or a memory of a dream.

Is it possible to fray the fabric that weaves my dreams into waking? Can I, by sending them into the world, pick the threads of this mesh and separate these children of alpha-beta-desynchrony from my waking days?

I am going to find out.

I hope you enjoy my dreams.
